Each year for the past few years I have set myself a goal to complete 100 different things. I've never actually found a good way to track it though so here's to hoping this "works". Be warned though that this may end up as a very long post! Here we go,
1. Watch 52 TED Talks
TED talks are a great and free (well if you have internets) way to learn about all different types of things from experts and professionals. You can find there website here. I post share each video I watch and post my thoughts about it to my Facebook page so head over there if you want to know more about the videos I watch.
- How to let Altruism Be Your Guide by Matthiew Ricard
- You Aren't at the Mercy of Your Emotions - Your Brain Creates Them by Lisa Feldman Barrett
2. Complete 52 Photoshop Tutorials
In my quest to become a person who can use Photoshop for making stuff I want to complete Photoshop tutorials to help me learn and expand my skills. I also post these to my Facebook page with extra information, like how hard it was or if I needed to source other resources.
3. Learn to Do a Handstand
I've never actually in my life ever been able to do a handstand. And of course seems you are never too old, I'm going to learn how to do them! Nerd Fitness released a Handstand and Rings program that I bought last year. I really like it as it has levels, good descriptive videos of exercises and it comes with a Facebook group.
This link here will take you to their sales page if you want to learn more (no I am not affiliated nor do I get anything if you click this link other than the joy that I helped others :D )

(There are twenty levels)
12/1/2018 - Currently Level 4!
13/1/2018 - Hit Level 5! (think I'll be here for a while though)

4. Complete 12 Creative Books
Last year I went a little crazy on the creative books, you know the ones where they give you activities to do to encourage your creativity... So about time I completed them!

5. Complete Mike Dooley's 30 Day Project
Two years ago Mike Dooley began this Love Your Life project which was a series of videos released one per day starting on the 1st of January. These videos are about setting your goals and manifesting your dreams. Each task takes less than 10 minutes to complete and can be really good for getting you going and reminding you each day to keep on track. Last year they released a book called Love Your Life in 30 Days and this year is the first year you have had to pay for the course (although they did improve the videos, so far it has been the same content).
I like the course and it is highly likely that I will pay for it again next year. I do not however like the book, the pages are that shinyish material so you have to make sure you are careful in what pen you use. Each day has one page where you can record your thoughts and feelings, which so far I have not used (if I journal for this if I wanted to but some of the tasks can be quite small so I wouldn't think people would have having a lot of thoughts and feelings about it). In between each day is also a blank page. Oh and the title page has the exact same information as the webpage for the day has. It is also possible for you to download a free version of it to download to your computer. A lot of wasted paper in my opinion. Save the trees!!!

6. Complete Yoga With Adriene's 30 Days
Every year Adriene releases a 30 day yoga program to kick start your year (and possibly your joy of yoga). She is a really great instructor. She makes you feel really comfortable with where you are (like if you are a beginner) and encourages you to explore the movements and move in a way that feels good for you.
She also has a lot of other stuff on her YouTube channel related to yoga, routines or working on specific poses if you want to check it out.

7. Read 100 Books
I love to read so I figure this should be easy. Besides I have a bookshelf fool of books I haven't read yet (I love books). And I got a shiny kindle for Christmas!!
- The Subtle Knife by Philip Pullman
8. Learn to Read Tarot
I have owned one tarot deck or another pretty much since I was a teenage but have never actually learned how to read them! Last year I bought a really lovely deck but it's a bit different to a 'normal' deck so I am going to start with a normal one first then move on. I started a tarot journal which I may or may not share at some point. This is tracked in my daily 'To Do's' and I either focus on one card or do a one card reading. I will do bigger readings when my knowledge/skill develops and I plan to be able to do readings for my friends by the end of the year.
9. Meditate Every Day
This one is also tracked in my daily To-Do's. At the moment I am using the Insight Timer meditation app and choosing guided meditations that are around 20 minutes. When I become better accustomed to meditation I plan to do away with the guided meditations.
10. Become a Full Time Teacher
I got qualified at the end of the year before last year but so far have not managed to secure a full time job. I love teaching, it brings real joy to my life so I'd like to be able to do it every day! I have been applying for jobs and will continue to do so until I get one!
